Jason you are spot on in your description and great pics by the way. I rode through here on a scooter in June 2011 and even during the day it seemed unreal and seedy. A different world! I was glad to get out and back to Kata for some waves.

I had the pleasure of using a Nikon D4 and 500mm F4 Nikon VR lens a couple of weeks ago in Holland for the weekend. I get where your coming from with full frame as the quality is that much better. The only down side shooting full frame at motorsport events is that you need all the focal length you can get. glad your back shooting with what you love.

Hi Alessandro, I still have pain everyday but it is not a problem, I am used to pain! It is getting stronger everyday. I do not crouch down for long but I did 60 squats without weights last week and my knee was ok but my leg muscles hurt for 3 days so I will start trying to do a hundred squats to 90 degrees a few times a week. I ran on the beach today in Thailand but running still is very painful. I will not try running for 6 more months. The best exercises I found was to cycle everywhere and cycle up steep hills. I always feel stronger when I cycle everywhere. Also do not expect too much in the first year it will be really good after 2 years. I already had 7 knee surgeries and all reconstructive work takes at least 18 months before the pain starts to really dissappear. You need all your scars to turn from red to white. Eat good and stay positive start slacklining for now!! all the best Jason
